Matt is a Managing Director and General Partner of each of the Eagle Funds, their general partnerships and management companies. He has spent his entire career making private equity and debt investments. During 30 years of investing in lower and lower middle market companies, he has held nearly every role in every type of transaction related to the purchase, oversight and sale of private debt and equity investments. Since the 2003 founding of Eagle Fund I, he has been completely dedicated to deploying and managing the $725 million of total capital from Eagle Funds I, II, III, IIIA, IV and IVA.
Matt is a native of St. Louis and holds an undergraduate business degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
