Wayne is a Managing Director and General Partner of each of the Eagle Funds, their general partnerships and management companies. Since 2003, he has been dedicated to deploying and managing the Eagle Funds. In prior years, Wayne also served as Chairman of Laclede Chain Manufacturing Company; Chief Financial Officer of Intrav, Inc. a St. Louis based international tour operator and cruise line; President of Windsor Capital, an originator of and investor in management led buyouts and leverage acquisitions; President of Windsor Real Estate, a real estate management and investment company; President of Bekins Distribution Services, a logistical service provider to the retail, hotel and restaurant industries; Vice President of Citibank, the banking subsidiary of Citicorp, a New York based financial services conglomerate; and Vice President of Mercantile Bank, a St. Louis bank. Wayne continues to serve on a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit boards.
Wayne is a native of St. Louis and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
